Lots of bloody fantasy action as you might expect
This collection will come as no surprise to Conan/Red Sonja fans as it includes battles, magic, mischievous plots, monsters, betrayal and sexy women. True to all tales of the Cimmerian, there is sexual tension between our leads and plenty of fighting and killing.
Well-illustrated, it is engaging, even compelling although the script can be repetitive. Some of the illustrations are worthy of Barry Smith. Well worth a look to fans of Robert E Howard’s heroes
