Good development in this long-running series
This volume deals with Mark coming to terms with the fact that he may have been manipulated by Cecil. This leads to a painful confrontation. There's also a separate story about how Cecil became who he is today. Mark's brother develops into a side-kick.
Lots of action and character development makes this an engaging read. Now for Volume 11.
